This Colombian is grown in the Sierra Nevada Santa Marta region near the Caribbean coast.
The harvest is between November and February. The coffee is grown at an altitude between 2,200 and 3,500 feet. The plant varieties are Castillo, Colombia and Typica. This is a classic Colombian with a sweet, nutty taste, good balance and medium acidity.
